Return & Replacement Policy

This Return & Replacement Policy outlines the terms under which replacements are offered for purchases made from Nawe Robotics Private Limited, applicable to both domestic (India) and international orders.

1. No Returns Accepted

At Nawe Robotics, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Please note that we do not accept returns for any purchases. Once a product is sold and delivered, it is considered final.

2. Replacement Policy

Replacements are offered only under the following circumstances:

• The product is defective or non-functional.
• The product is damaged during transit.
• An incorrect item was delivered.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery (India) or 15 days (International).
• All accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase must be retained and provided.

3. How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue.
2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the problem (defect, damage, or wrong item).
3. Once your request is approved, you must ship the component back to our mailing address (see section 6).
4. After we receive and verify the returned component, we will proceed to ship the replacement part.

Note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Non-Replacement Items

Replacements will not be offered for:

• Customised or made-to-order items.
• Gift cards or items marked as final sale.
• Issues reported after the replacement window has expired.

5. Shipping Responsibility

• If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or wrong product, Nawe Robotics will cover the return shipping charges.
• In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
