Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing purchases from Nawe Robotics Private Limited.

1. Dispatch Timelines

Orders are generally dispatched within 5 to 30 business days from the date full payment is received. However, dispatch timelines may vary in the following situations:

  • Orders placed during promotions, peak production periods, or involving custom configurations
  • Orders requiring export documentation or regulatory compliance

In such cases, customers will be informed in writing of revised dispatch timelines.

2. Shipping Timelines

Shipping time refers to the period taken to prepare and hand over the order to our logistics partners after internal processing.

  • Domestic and international orders are typically shipped within 5 to 7 business days following quality checks and packaging.
  • Please note that shipping time is distinct from delivery time and does not constitute a delivery guarantee.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time is defined as the duration taken by the logistics provider to transport the order from our dispatch point to the customer’s delivery address.

  • Domestic deliveries (within India) are typically completed within 4 to 5 business days from dispatch.
  • International deliveries may take up to 7 business days, depending on customs procedures and local logistics.

All delivery timelines are estimates and subject to potential delays due to external factors beyond our control.

4. Total Order Fulfilment Window

The complete order cycle—from placement to delivery—typically ranges between 14 to 90 business days, depending on:

  • Product type and inventory status
  • Manufacturing and testing requirements
  • Delivery location and shipping method
  • Customs clearance for international shipments

5. Delivery Address Requirements

Customers must provide a complete and accurate physical address at the time of order. Additionally:

  • A responsible person must be present to receive and sign for the shipment
  • Deliveries will not be made to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military zones, or third-party freight forwarding services
  • Delays or non-delivery resulting from address errors are not the responsibility of Nawe Robotics

6. Delivery Area Coverage

We deliver to select countries and regions, depending on the capabilities of our logistics partners. Delivery coverage may change periodically. Customers are advised to verify service availability prior to placing international orders.

7. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Upon shipment, customers will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email
  • A tracking number with a link to the logistics partner’s portal (when available)

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are marked as "Shipped."

8. Packaging & Inspection

  • All products undergo functional testing (where applicable), thorough inspection, and secure packing
  • Tamper-evident packaging is used to ensure product integrity
  • Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with clear photographs and a signed proof of delivery
  • Claims made after this window will not be accepted

9. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Natural disasters, political disturbances, labor strikes, customs hold-ups
  • Regional lockdowns or shipping partner disruptions

In such events, Nawe Robotics will make every effort to notify customers and expedite resolution. However, the company shall not be liable for delays caused by uncontrollable external events.

If a shipment remains undelivered beyond a reasonable period and the cause is not customer-related, a refund or replacement may be provided at the sole discretion of Nawe Robotics.

10. Risk & Responsibility

Responsibility for the product transfers to the buyer upon:

  • Confirmed delivery
  • Signature from the receiving individual at the delivery address

Nawe Robotics is not responsible for loss, theft, tampering, or damage after the product has been successfully delivered and accepted.
