1. General Provisions​

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products (“Products”) from Nawe Robotics Private Limited and the use of the NMotion website (https://www.nmotion.in). By accessing the website or purchasing products, you agree to abide by these Terms, as may be updated periodically.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms​

These terms apply to all sales and online interactions through our website and authorized distributors. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.

1.3 Communication​

All communications will be delivered via electronic or postal mail. Emails are considered legally binding for all transactional purposes.

2. Website Usage Terms (NMotion)​

2.1 Acceptance of Website Terms​

By accessing this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2.2 Cookies​

The site uses cookies to enhance functionality. By using the site, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.3 License​

All intellectual property rights for material on the site belong to Nawe Robotics and/or licensors. Use is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

3. Product Orders and Contract Formation​

3.1 Purchase Orders​

Orders placed through the website or distributors constitute a purchase offer. Confirmation forms a legally binding agreement.

3.2 Acceptance and Pricing​

We reserve the right to decline orders. Prices exclude taxes and shipping unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Payment Terms​

Full payment is required upon order, unless agreed otherwise. All payments are securely processed via third-party gateways.

4. Delivery, Title, and Risk​

4.1 Delivery​

Orders are dispatched based on availability. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 Risk and Title Transfer​

Title passes upon full payment. Risk transfers upon delivery or dispatch (if customer arranges shipment).

5. Warranty Policy​

5.1 Coverage​

Products are warranted for 12 months from delivery against material and workmanship defects. Consumables are excluded.

5.2 Limitations​

Warranty applies only to items purchased via official channels. It is void in cases of:

  • Misuse, unauthorized modifications, or repairs
  • Environmental or physical damage
  • Use of non-approved components

5.3 Return Policy​

Non-custom Products may be returned within 15 days for a full refund if unused and in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable.

5.4 Claims Procedure​

Contact support with proof of purchase and defect description. Return processing requires an inspection.

6. Exclusions and Limitations​

  • No Warranty for consumables or bundled software.
  • No Liability for unauthorized repairs or cosmetic damages.
  • No Coverage for environmental damage or abnormal use.

7. Liability and Indemnity​

7.1 Limitation of Liability​

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price. No liability for use in high-risk applications unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7.2 Indemnification​

Buyers shall indemnify Nawe Robotics from claims arising from misuse or unauthorized activities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights​

All content, software, and branding are owned by Nawe Robotics.
You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer or decompile any software
  • Use trademarks without written consent

9. Compliance and Export​

Buyers are responsible for complying with local laws and export restrictions. Do not export Products illegally.

10. Linking Policy (NMotion Website)​

10.1 Approved Linkers​

The following may link to our site without prior consent:

  • Government agencies
  • News/media outlets
  • Online directories
  • Search engines

Links must:

  • Not be misleading
  • Not imply endorsement
  • Fit within context

Other organizations may apply via email. Include contact info, linking URL, and destination URL.

You may use:

  • Our business name
  • Page URLs
  • Descriptive anchor text (as appropriate)

Use of logos/artwork requires prior license.

11. Frames and Content Liability​

You may not use iFrames without permission. You are solely responsible for content on your own website that links to us.

13. Modifications​

We may amend these terms without notice. Continued use of services indicates agreement with revised terms.

15. Dispute Resolution​

15.1 Governing Law​

All transactions are governed by the laws of India.

15.2 Jurisdiction​

Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Calicut, Kerala, India.

15.3 Arbitration (For International Sales)​

Disputes will be resolved under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, seated in Calicut.

16. Force Majeure​

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

17. Entire Agreement​

These Terms constitute the full agreement. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
